Vote By Mail And In-House Voting For The September 7, 2010 County Executive/Council Primary Election Opens August 3, 2010


CLEVELAND - Vote by Mail applications are now being accepted for the September 7 Primary Election. Ballots will be mailed to voters after August 3.

Voters may also vote in-house between August 3 and September 6 during normal business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Board of Elections, located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland. (Voting at the Board of Elections on September 7 will be by provisional ballot only.)

Ballot applications must be received by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections on or before September 4, at noon.

The voter registration and change of address deadline for the September 7 Primary Election is Monday, August 9, at 9:00 p.m. Voters who have not registered, or have moved and not updated their registration, must do so by Monday, August 9.

Voter registration cards and Vote by Mail ballot applications may be obtained in person at the Board of Elections located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, at any branch of the public library system, or through the Board’s website: www.boe.cuyahogacounty.us.
